Working closely with ownership, he is shaping the evolution of their café, bar, and pastry concepts—ensuring the brand retains its artisan coffee roots while unlocking new avenues for growth, beverage innovation, and guest engagement. Through systems refinement, menu development, and targeted operational upgrades, Caffe Fantastico is positioned to become not just a café, but a multi-layered neighbourhood hub where craft coffee, thoughtful cocktails, and warm hospitality live under one unified identity.
